A
Automatic Molding Process

Precision multi-cavity dies and tools are used in our custom-designed presses to form finished parts.  Rulon®, filled-PTFE are materials auto-molded by Saint Gobain.

Automatic Screw Machining Process

Basic shapes of material stock are molded into large tubes for later processing.  Materials Rulon®, Virgin PTFE, and Filled PTFE are materials used in the Large Billet Molding process.

B
Bonding and Etching Process

Polymer tape is bonded to various surfaces using heat and pressure and specially formulated adhesives. In many cases, the final bonded assembly can be refurbished to a like new condition by stripping and re-bonding a new polymer surface. Polymer tape is prepared for binding in our in-house etching process.

C
