Process Description
Finished parts are manufactured when molten thermoplastic materials are injected into part mold cavities. Our tooling and molding machines are specially designed and modified to mold our high temperature resins into complex shapes.
Materials
Meldin® 1000, 3100 and 5000 series high temperature resins, as well as the more commonly known engineered plastics such as PPS, PA, and others.
