Basic shapes of material stock are molded into large tubes for later processing.
Materials
Rulon®, virgin PTFE, and filled-PTFE are materials used in the large billet molding process.
Components
Tubes are later processed and sold as skived tape, or bonded to other surfaces such a metal. Basic shapes of our skived tape are available through our Global Distribution Network.
Markets
All major industrial markets requiring long life (low wear) surfaces, high thermal or electrical insulation surfaces, or surfaces requiring strong resistance to harsh chemicals.
